I've been asking my customers who have come from the Qin-shi Tomb if they have seen Golems use spears, and they said golems called Royal Soldiers use spears. Please go and hunt Royal Soldiers and bring me 60 spears.
They say you can find Royal Soldiers on the 2nd level of the Qin-Shi Tomb.
