I have investigated the box, and it seems that there is a curse on the box, caused from the evil energy of the Dark Wolf.
The curse must be lifted in order to open the box, and to do so the Blood of the Evil Wolf must be used.
I will give details on how to lift the curse.
First obtain the Blood of the Evil Wolf by hunting them. Then click on the obtained Blood of the Evil Wolf, and the Un-opening Box will change into a Curse Lifted Box. Boxes with strong curses may need more blood then usual, so prepare enough blood.
