You have to have a lot of Rainbow Plants on you to meet him.
He is now loyal to Roc so he may attack you. You better not let your guard down. Be prepared.
If you are ready to face Demon Shaitan, speak with me again and tell me you want to meet with him.
And, if you get to meet him, you will need to show proof to Isan, so make sure you get a token from Demon Shaitan.
1) Must be in a party with Exp. Auto Share / Item Auto Share enabled
2) Teleport allowed with players who are performing, or have completed, the Rahid 6 quest
3) Mobile conversation with Slave Shifle enabled for party leader only
4) Even if you are dead, quest goal can be achieved when Demon Shaitan is defeated
5) Teleport unavailable if transport methods are summoned
